Collect models before continuing to Tebex. You can remove items and continue browsing. The same model is not added more than once. Check your selected products before paying.

Website currency is a preview. Conversions and cart totals are estimates; exchange rates, discounts and taxes can change the result. Tebex confirms the payment currency and final amount before you pay.

The preview price of a paid model excludes VAT. If applicable, Tebex adds tax according to the buyer’s country determined during checkout. Enter discount codes in the designated Tebex field and check acceptance before paying.

Check your order confirmation and the delivery method Tebex specifies for the product. Access depends on the offer configuration. Contact support with your order number if download instructions are missing.

Check your Tebex order status and spam folder. Do not buy again simply because files have not appeared yet. Open a private ticket with the order number, product and purchase time, without card details.

Editing permissions depend on the product, protection and terms. Ask before buying if you need to change geometry, textures or other elements. File access does not mean every modification is permitted.

Use the Male / Female categories and filters, then check the description. Filters come from catalogue data and may not describe every variant. The specific model’s description and requirements are decisive.

Check the product page for items, colour variants, textures and requirements. Campaign artwork or an outfit may show additional things. You are buying the contents described in the offer, not everything in an illustration.

Check the product description: information may include texture resolutions, polygon counts, variants and requirements. Performance also depends on the server and other resources. Ask before buying if an important specification is missing.

Open Free, choose a product and read its description. Follow the Tebex offer instructions; a free product may still require signing in or completing an order flow.
